PROP forward Paul King has joined Whitehaven for the rest of the season having been released by Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.
The 32 year-old will hook-up with the Cumbrian side having spent two seasons at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium.
Meanwhile, former Wildcats prop Richard Moore has signed for Leeds Rhinos on a three-year deal, having left Super League rivals Crusaders.
Moore, 30, who will play at Leeds from the start of next season, originally started his career in the Leeds Rhinos Academy.
Moore said, “It is a great opportunity for me to come back to Leeds Rhinos, a club that I never wanted to leave back at the start of my career.
“Once you leave Leeds, you never normally get another chance to play for the club again and I can not explain how happy I am to be back at the Rhinos.”
Rhinos are also chasing former Wildcat prop Darrell Griffin, who has been at Huddersfield Giants since 2006.
