PROP forward Oliver Wilkes will be included in the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats squad to face London Broncos on Sunday.
The clash with London gives Trinity the chance to secure back-to-back wins for the first time in Stobart Super League XVII and boss Richard Agar is ready to recall Wilkes after he was side-lined by a thumb ligament injury in April.
Agar said: “Wilkes is back and will play. I don’t envisage many changes to the 19 or 17-man squads apart from that.
“Oli was in really good form when he got injured. He certainly gives us some punch and some size.
“I am not sure who will drop out and the permutation of who will start in the forwards. We’ll look at London and the weather and make the call on Saturday morning as to who will start and who will be on the bench.”
Agar added: “[Wilkes] has trained for a while. He has had a plastic cast for his thumb so he has done most of the training.
“He has been very limited in contact so we would’ve liked to have got more contact training under his belt but he is an experienced player, has worked really hard while he’s been out and we are happy to pitch him straight back in there.”
