Wakefield Wildcats name strong squad for Boxing Day clash with Leeds Rhinos

HEAD coach Richard Agar has named a strong Wakefield Wildcats squad to take on Leeds Rhinos in the Heatshot Festive Challenge on Boxing Day (kick-off 11.30am).

Marquee signing Justin Poore is set for his first appearance in a Wakefield shirt while fellow new arrivals Reece Lyne and Bobbie Goulding are also expected to feature at Headingley Carnegie.

Matty Wildie has made a swift return from injury to be included in the squad but Oliver Wilkes, Kyle Amor, Frankie Mariano and Andy Raleigh are all absent.

Young prop James Healy, a former Leeds Scholarship player, has also been named in the Wildcats squad.
