WAKEFIELD Wildcats came out on top of the annual festive challenge with Leeds Rhinos.
Wakefield won the Cravendale-sponsored contest on Boxing Day at the Headingley Carnegie Stadium 22-16, but had to fend off a gallant Leeds fightback in the closing stages.
