Bellydancers shimmied in colourful outfits and heavy chain belts in a special summer performance.
The North Wind Tribal Bellydancers were strutting their stuff at The Orangery, on Back Lane, as part of a series of free summer events.
The weekend show attracted dancers from far and wide as well as passing public who looked on as the troupe whirled around A Maze For Yorkshire, a temporary artistic installation inside the grounds of The Orangery.
Assistant Manager at Beam who run The Orangery, Emma Butler said: “Beam was delighted to have the North Wind Tribal dancers perform in our historic Orangery grounds on Sunday. Their beautiful costumes and exotic music brought even more joy and colour to A Maze for Yorkshire. It was wonderful to see so many visitors enjoying themselves on site and joining in the bellydance workshop.”
Families with children were invited inside The Orangery’s pop-up cafe to take part in free craft sessions.
