The cathedral provides the perfect backdrop for an evening of high-quality entertainment with a seasonal theme.

Subtle lighting will highlight the stunning architecture of the cathedral, and the excellent acoustics will contribute to a show that is quite different from a tradtional theatre performance.

Jonathan Ansell shot to fame as part of operatic quartet G4, who were finalists in the X Factor. Since 2007 he has carved a solo career, releasing albums Tenor at the Movies and Forever.

Catherine Tyldesley plays newcomer Eva in Coronation Street, with previous TV credits including Emmerdale, Red Riding and Holby City, and is renowned for her mezzo-soprano voice as well as her acting.
