Castleford mum, Danielle Blyth, has involved over 60 breastfeeding mums in 'The Empowerment Project' to raise money for Families and Babies (FAB) Wakefield’s breastfeeding support services.

Throughout lockdown, Danielle has been inviting breastfeeding women from across the district to paint and make a print of their breasts using different artistic techniques, which have been put together into a piece of art.

Danielle said: "My aim was to create a colourful piece of artwork that shows the network of breastfeeding mums in Wakefield so that women feel empowered to breastfeed for as long as they choose to, knowing they have the support they need.
