Regeneration plans for Pontefract listed building
New windows and a new shopfront will be installed on a Grade-II listed building in Pontefract town centre.
The work will take place on 3 Corn Market. Cement render will be removed, the front will be re-pointed, and the timber frame repaired.
The building originates from the late 16th or early 17th centuries, a report said, calling it a “significant survivor of the late medieval period”.
