A1(M) closed after man falls from bridge
Police have closed the southbound carriageway of the A1(M) near Doncaster after a man fell from a footbridge.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said officers were called to junction 36 at Warmsworth at around 3.10pm.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The southbound carriageway remains closed between junction 35, where it meets the M18, and junction 36.
