Body found in river in Dewsbury
A body has been found in the River Calder in Dewsbury.
Police were called to Sands Lane at around 11.35am this morning after reports a body had been spotted in the water there.
Officers attended and have recovered the body of an adult man from river under the railway viaduct.
Emergency services remain at the scene and enquiries are ongoing.
