There are delays on the roads around Wakefield town centre tonight as people make their way home.

Smoke can be seen billowing from the scene near Westgate Retail Park after the car caught fire at the traffic lights.

One pump from West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue has been deployed to the scene after the call came in at 5.17pm.
