BREAKING NEWS: Double murder investigation in Eastmoor

A DOUBLE murder investigation has been launched after the discovery of two female bodies in Eastmoor this morning (Saturday).

Officers were contacted by Kent police at 4.47am after a 19-year-old female raised concerns for the safety of two women from the West Yorkshire area.

Police searched a flat on Barden Road and the bodies of two women were found.

The flat and surrounding areas have been sealed off while a forensic examination of the scene is carried out.

Three people, two men aged 19 and 23, and a 19-year-old woman have been arrested by Kent police on suspicion of murder and remain in custody.
