Castleford singer Jack Walton out of X Factor

The 18-year-old failed to impress with his rendition of Leona Lewis’ Bleeding Love as part of the ITV talent show’s Fright Night.

Jack, of Aketon Road, was the act with the fewest votes at the end of the show and sent home from the talent competition.

Speaking on stage after the vote was announced he said: “It’s been absolutely amazing. It’s beeen a world away from what I am used to.

“I have just loved it. Just to be on this stage and performing in front of so many people has been amazing.”
