City of Wakefield Golf Course closed
The City of Wakefield Golf Course is closed today (Friday).
Wakefield Council decided to close the Horbury Road course after heavy rain left parts of it waterlogged and unplayable.
A spokeswoman said it is “hopeful” the site can reopen later.
