Pervert Baher Elabady groped the woman at the workplace after being tasked to help the colleague when she hurt her back.

However, after being arrested and released on bail, he went on to sexually assault a teenage girl.

Elabady, age 42, of Meadow Court, Castleford, appeared via video link from custody at Leeds Crown Court this week where he admitted both charges.

Prosecutor Rupert Doswell said that the first assault took place at the business in West Yorkshire in 2019 when the female worker had hurt herself while tending to a machine.

As the designated first aid officer on site, Elabady was asked to take her to the first aid room.

He first touched her hip to guide her to the locker room, and grabbed both her thighs as he asked her to sit.

He sat her down, and sat behind her, straddling her.

He then put his hand underneath her bra strap and moved both hands round underneath her breasts.

Mr Doswell said the victim tried to move but was restricted by the injury to her back.

When he heard someone walking towards the room he removed his hands. The victim broke down in tears and told her manager what had happened.

Mr Doswell said that the ordeal had left the victim frightened and had affected her life.

Elabady was then arrested again for sexually assaulting a girl and held on remand.

Mitigating, Satpal Roth-Sharma said her Egyptian-born client had no previous convictions and said: "He is quite ashamed of what has happened, it goes against all of his ethnic and religious beliefs.

"He is keen to be rehabilitated."

Judge Robin Mairs jailed Elabady for six years and one month. He also made him subject to a restraining order and a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO), which allows his behaviour to be monitored.

Both orders will last until further notice.
