“We all want her to come home to us so much and are missing her.

“Vicki, if you see this, please pick up a phone and come back to your children and family as we all need you back.”

Mrs Milton was reported missing on Thursday evening after visiting Fairburn Ings nature reserve, prompting a major police operation in the Castleford area and into North Yorkshire.

Up to 40 officers, including specialist search teams, have been working on the enquiry, with local activity focused around the family’s home in Knottingley.

Mrs Milton is described as white, 5ft 2in tall, of a large build, with very short white blonde hair, and blue eyes.

She has a tattoo of a flower on her left wrist and tattoos of a flower and butterfly on her left hand. She was wearing a black woolly jumper, dark denim jeans and grey Converse trainers.

Det Insp Michelle Martin, of Wakefield CID, said: “We are still searching for that vital piece of information we need to help us locate Vicki and continue to appeal for anyone who may have seen her or has information.

“Vicki is a much-loved wife, daughter and mother to three grown-up children and an 11-year-old daughter.
