Man stopped by police for smoking cannabis outside shops in Wakefield
A man has been warned by police after officers after they found him smoking cannabis outside a parade of shops in Wakefield.

Officers stopped the man outside the shops on Windhill Road after finding him stood amongst children on their way home from school.
He was issued with a community resolution and warned that further action would be taken if stopped under the same circumstances again.
