Police arrest male armed with cleaver in town centre
A male was found to be carrying a large cleaver around Castleford when stopped by police.
Two PCSOs stopped the male on Albion Street on Sunday evening and was found to be carrying the weapon, consisting of a blade with a long handle.
He was also found to be in possession of Class A drugs.
He was arrested and enquiries are ongoing.
