Police search for two wanted women in Wakefield

Police are appealing for information on two wanted women believed to be in Wakefield.

Amanda Briggs, 41, is wanted for recall to prison, after she is believed to have breached the terms of her licence.

She was released from prison in September last year after serving part of a nine-month sentence for theft.

Officers would also like to speak to Colleen Kerins, also 41, about theft offences.

Both women are thought to be in the Wakefield area.

Officers are continuing enquiries to locate both women and anyone with information which may assist is asked to contact police in Wakefield on 101, or by using the contact options on the West Yorkshire Police website.
