Police seize cannabis at house in Flanshaw

Police seized a small amount of cannabis from a house in Flanshaw.

Officers found cannabis plants at a property on Wasdale Road at around 9am on Sunday, January 4.

Insp Ian Williams, Wakefield Police’s neighbourhood inspector, said: “In this case we received intelligence from residents.

“Officers found a couple of cannabis plants and the home owner was given a caution.”
