Daughter tells Wakey Up Your Wardrobe winner: 'Mummy, you look beautiful.'

'Mummy, you look beautiful!' Those were the wise words of our latest Wakey Up Your Wardrobe winner Noreen Hussain's little girl after her mum's VIP day at Trinity Walk.

A busy Wakefield mum to a four-year-old and five-month-old means shopping for herself has become a thing of the past – until she was named the latest winner of the Trinity Walk and Wakefield Express competition after being nominated by her husband.

The 30-year-old was the centre of attention as she enjoyed spending £250 provided by the Wakefield shopping centre with expert advice from Trinity Walk’s stylist, Liz Clothier.

A hair restyle at Room:97, makeover at Debenhams and meal at Handmade Burger Co. all added to the experience – one she says she will never forget.

“It was amazing – I came home and felt like a different person, so confident and back to my old normal self,” said Noreen.

“When I got home, my daughter said ‘mummy, you look so beautiful today’ which made my day. I felt so special and my family was overwhelmed.”

With Liz’s help, Noreen went for several items from the centre’s massive H&M including a sleeveless jacket, t-shirt and leggings.

She also bought a purse from New Look, sandals from River Island and mascara from Debenhams.

Noreen added: “I usually buy dull colours, but Liz helped me choose really nice colours to match my eyes and I now have things I’m actually wearing all the time.

“Liz was amazing, because she listens to you and what you have to say.

“Room:97 did an amazing job – being a mum, I just usually wear my hair up. But after visiting there I was amazed at the condition afterwards, just brilliant.”
