Traffic is heavier than usual on the M621 eastbound in Leeds at J3 for the City Centre, and on the and M62 westbound between J28 at Tingley and J26 at Chain Bar.
There are also delays on the M1 southbound between J43 at Belle Isle and J41 at Carr Gate.
