Did you see the light? Yorkshire landmark Emley Moor mast illuminated for Tour De France
Emley Moor TV mast lit up the skies to celebrate the Tour De France’s visit to Yorkshire.
On both Friday and Saturday night the 274 metre tall landmark was bathed in different colours and circled by spotlights as the landmark, which can be seen from miles away, illuminated the skies.
The spectacular light show marked the end of the 100 day Yorkshire Festival - which celebrated the world’s biggest sporting event’s visit to Yorkshire.
