EASTER entertainment for both children and adults is on offer at the National Coal Mining Museum.
Arts and crafts sessions with an Easter theme are being held from Monday to Friday, April 13, from 1pm to 4pm.
There is also an Easter egg trail being held at the museum on the same dates for £2, with historical characters on the scene to tell their tales of living and working in the mines.
The history of the 1984 miner’s strike is also still being told through the photo exhibition No Redemption, which runs until May 20.
The new Litter Diggers children’s play area is also still open for under fives.
The museum is open daily from 10am to 5pm.
