A TEENAGER has been missing from her home in Eastmoor for more than a week.

Detectives from Wakefield CID say they are concerned for the safety of 18-year-old Natalia Pawelec.

She has not been seen since Wednesday, May 9, and was reported missing by her family on Saturday, May 12.

Natalia, who is Polish, is 5ft 3ins tall, slim with shoulder length brown hair and blue eyes.

Det Supt Paul Taylor said: “We really need to see Natalia to check she is okay. Her friends and family are very concerned for her safety and we just need her to get in touch.

“Natalia might think she is in some trouble but I can personally reassure her that we don’t need to speak to her about any criminal matters - we just need to know she is okay.

”If Natalia sees this appeal I would ask her to get in touch immediately. Either call us or walk into the nearest police station and tell the officers on the desk who you are.”

It is believed Natalia has links to the Nottinghamshire area.

Anyone with any information should call police on 101.
