Fire crew rushed to car blaze
Firefighters had to rush to a car blaze in Knottingley last night (Sunday).
Staff from Pontefract Fire Station were called to a car park off Aire Walk between 10.30pm-11pm.
The vehicle was already “well alight,” by the time the emergency services had arrived, according to firefighter Chris Giles.
It is not known how the fire started and nobody was injured.
