Fire crews tackle farm fire in Ryhill

Crews from Wakefield and Hemsworth were called to a property off Nostell Lane earlier today.

A fire service spokeswoman said a building used to store farm equipment was alight.

She said the fire had been caused by an electrical fault and crews were expected to remain at the scene until at least 5pm tonight.
