Funerals of quad bike crash victims Terrie Kirby and Brandon Brown to be held this week

The funerals of two friends who were killed in a horrific quad bike crash will take place today (Monday) and tomorrow.

Terrie Kirby’s funeral will take place at Pontefract Crematorum, Wakefield Road, on Monday, October 19 from 10.30am.

Her friend Brandon Brown’s funeral will take place at St Mary the Virgin Church, Main Street, Badsworth, on Tuesday, October 20 from 10.30am.

Miss Kirby, 16, and Mr Brown, 20, died together with their friends Alexandra Binns, 18, and Ryan Beal, 20, when their quad bike was hit from behind by a Nissan 350Z on the A6201 between Upton and Hemsworth at around 12.30am on Sunday, September 27.

Miss Binns’ funeral took place on Friday, October 16 and Mr Beal’s was on Thursday, October 15.
