Girl, 11, seriously injured after being hit by car outside Minsthorpe Community College
An 11-year-old girl has been airlifted to hospital with serious head injuries after being hit by a car outside Minsthorpe Community College.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 8.15am this morning (Monday).
A police spokesman said she was taken to Leeds General Infirmary by air ambulance where she remains in a serious condition.
