Mr Trickett decided his current office on Highfield Road in Hemsworth, was no longer suitable to meet the needs of an increasing number of constituents.

He said: “The new office will provide improved facilities for the people who come to me seeking help.

“It will also be more easily accessible by car and public transport for the majority of constituents.

“The office will continue to be open to the public Monday to Friday, 9.30 am until 4 pm.”

The new office address is Ground Floor, Moorthorpe Railway Station, Barnsley Road, South Kirkby, WF9 3AT, the new telephone number will be 01977 655695.
