Detectives investigating the murder of a Normanton man have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Ryan Carruthers, 31, was killed in the early hours of Sunday at a flat on Smirthwaite View.
It is believed he was seen outside The Junction pub in Normanton with two other men chatting to a group of girls at around 1am on Sunday.
Detectives want to speak to anyone who saw or spoke to Mr Carruthers.
In particular they are trying to trace a white man, who was aged in his 20s, of medium build with short, dark hair.
He was wearing a round neck jumper and jeans.

A 21-year-old man, Simon Stewart, has been charged with murder and has been remanded in custody.
