Learn a language and help Forget Me Not Children's Hospice too
The event at Netherton Village Hall is all part of a charity coffee morning that is being organised by Wakefield-based entrepreneur Amy Gumbrell.
She hopes her free event will raise much-needed funds for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice by holding a raffle of items donated by local businesses.

Hide AdAmy, who runs her own Lingotot business, said: “When I heard about the vital work being done by Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice I decided I wanted to do something to help raise funds.
“My career has been in education all my life, and it’s heart-breaking to see people so young having to deal with life-limiting conditions.”
The ex secondary school teacher will be holding the charity coffee morning on February 6 from 10am to noon at Netherton Village Hall.
As well as refreshments, raffles and stalls, there will be free demonstrations of language classes to help people of all ages learn languages like Spanish French and English.

Hide AdAmy’s Lingotot classes take place in schools and nurseries across West Yorkshire, where the ground-breaking lessons focus on fun to help toddlers learn languages.
She added: “Any local business who would like to donate raffle prizes would be welcome. Please ring me on 0787 5529931 to donate.”
