Major delays on Denby Dale Road - route blocked after four car accident

Police say the incident is close to Blacker hall Farm shop and is causing major delays.

Emergency services were called shortly after 5.30pm and are at the scene on Denby Dale Road at the junction with Huddersfield Road and Blacker Lane.

Two people are injured.
And police said traffic is backing up to Bretton roundabout and there could be long delays as the road is completely blocked.

They also advised motorists to find alternative routes.
