A biker from Morley has died in a crash on the Drighlington bypass this morning.
The 64-year-old man was riding a Honda CBR 600 that was involved in a collision with a Fiat Punto on the A650 at about 7am.
Police and paramedics were called, but the man was confirmed dead at the scene.
The bypass was closed between the A58 Whitehall Road and the A650 Wakefield Road as investigations were carried out.
The 51-year-old woman who was driving the Punto was not injured and stopped at the scene.
