New driver loses licence after being clocked at almost 100mph
A new motorist had his licence taken off him off after he was clocked at nearly 100mph on the M1 near Wakefield.
Traffic cops pulled over the small silver vehicle at Woolley when the speed gun picked it up at 98 mph at the weekend.
The driver had only passed his test two months ago, but was handed six penalty points, fined, and had his full licence taken off him.
