Olly Murs tops up his tan in South Elmsall

​The singer walked into Golden Brown Tanning Systems on Barnsley Road on Saturday afternoon - leaving assistant manager ​Kerry Evans​ ​star struck​.

Miss Evans said: “Two men came in to the shop in the early afternoon enquiring about a friend using the sun beds.

“They then came back about 5pm and ​asked if their friend could use one. I was explaining our procedures and then Olly Murs walked in.​ ​He was talking in an Irish accent at first which threw me.

​“​Once he was on the sun bed the men ​with him confirmed who he was and said he was recording at Lite Structures in South Kirkby.

“I couldn’t believe it, I was absolutely gobsmacked.

“When he came back out he was lovely and took selfies with me and a little girl who was also in​ the shop​.”
