Outdoor project in need of volunteers
A charity needs volunteers to run a project to help disabled people enjoy the outdoors.
Wild About Wakefield is based at the city’s Thornes Park and includes cycling, abseiling, guided walks and archery. Harrogate-based charity Open Country, which has been running countryside activities for disabled people for more than 25 years, needs volunteers to assist wheelchair users, guide visually-impaired people and run conservation sessions.
