Pensioner dies after being hit by skip lorry
A pensioner who was hit by a skip lorry in South Elmsall has died.
The 85-year-old man was seriously hurt during the incident on Minsthorpe Lane at the junction of Mill Lane,
A police spokesman said the man from South Elmsall had now died.

Hide AdPC Matthew Hemingway, of the safer roads unit, said they were hoping witnesses would come forward.
He said: “We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident itself or who may have seen the circumstances leading up to it.”
