“Andrew was a truly beautiful soul. He was the most, loving, loyal and thoughtful man, a true gentleman, a wonderful son and brother and an exemplary husband. I cannot find words to describe the depth and intensity of the pain I am feeling now.

“I’ve lost my best friend, my soulmate.

“Our 13 years together were filled with love and adventure, travelling the world, exploring beautiful country on his motorbike, or just sharing comfortable stillness in front of the fire,” she added. “We fought through difficult times to secure the future we expected to have, we faced these periods of hardship and uncertainty with the security and knowledge that our love for each other was pure, real and unwavering.

“I am living in hell and the only thing getting me through this is the support of my family and the messages of support from friends and strangers I have received. Thank you.”
