Keen birder and photographer Will Forrest, of Ossett Brewery, saw the birds of prey breeding as he walked to work last Friday.

He also saw them mating again on Monday when he took this picture.

Mr Forrest also witnessed the male do a hunting stoop but it missed its target.

The Express saw one peregrine sitting on its specially-designed nest box below the spire this morning (Thursday).
