Men and women from the Yorkshire Regiment exercised their freedom of Wakefield and marched through the city with bayonets fixed, flags flying and band playing.

Members of the 4th Battalion marched from Smyth Street to Wakefield Cathedral led by the Second in Command of the Battalion, Major Paul Hindmarch.
