Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit were called to assist the RSPCA in gaining entry to the house after a member of the public reported concerns for the animals inside.

Two animals were found to be in poor health and seized from the owner, who is being questioned by police in relation to neglect offences.
