Application for new home in Ossett rejected
An application to build a new home on land between two houses in Ossett has been rejected.
The application referred to land between 12 and 14 Cross Keys.
In a report, Wakefield Council planning officers said: “The proposed development constitutes inappropriate development within the Green Belt and is therefore harmful by reason of inappropriateness.”
