Permission has been granted to turn a residential property in Wakefield into a children’s home.

Permission has been granted to turn a residential property in Wakefield into a childrens home.

The plans for the address, at 66 Batley Road, received two objections from members of the public.

A report by planning officers said it would provide accomodation for children with “a range of complex needs”. Up to four children would stay at any one time.
