Rugby match to remember Leon Walker
The rising rugby league star was just 20 when he collapsed and died during a game while playing for Wakefield Wildcats in 2009.
One of the organisers, Craig Rodgers, said: “Both teams are very enthusiastic and can’t wait for the game to be played in Leon’s memory and to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.”

Craig said: “We have the full support of the Walker family and hopefully, if this is a success, we would like to make it an annual event.”
