Suspected drink-driver crashes into bus shelter in Pontefract
A suspected drink-driver was injured after crashing into a bus stop in Pontefract in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday).
Emergency services were called to Monkhill Lane at around 1am after reports that a blue Vauxhall Corsa had crashed into a bus shelter.
A police spokeswoman said the female driver was taken to Leeds General Infirmary by ambulance but no-one else was injured in the incident.
