Arriva Yorkshire is holding a series of informal consultations to give bus users the opportunity to help shape the future of their public transport network.

The bus company is looking for general feedback on some of its services in Airedale and Selby, Tingley and Ardsley as well as feedback on proposed changes for residents of Rothwell, Woodlesford and Stanley.

On the firm's online consultation, one of the questions asked is "Do you ever use 167/168 or 444/446?".

Those services travel from Leeds to Castleford, and Wakefield to Leeds respectively.

Dwayne Wells, head of commercial at Arriva Yorkshire, said: “As a company we are always looking to improve what we offer our customers. Overall, we feel that our proposed changes will benefit our customers across Yorkshire and would like to find out how residents feel about the plans.

“Whilst these locations are our current focus, we will be focusing on other areas within our network shortly.”
