UPDATED: A1(M) motorway blocked after lorry overturns
Motorists face delays on the A1(M) this morning (Thursday) after a lorry overturned in severe gale force winds.

The northbound carriageway is blocked between Barnsdale Bar and the A1(M) junction 40 near Darrington.
The road is expected to be closed for at least two hours and motorists have been told to find alternative routes.
