Hundreds gathered outside the police headquarters on Laburnham Road and bowed their heads as the clock struck 11am.

The traffic onto Laburnham Road was stopped and the West Yorkshire Police flag was flown at half mast.

The show of respect, which was held all across the country, was for the victims of Saturday’s London terrorist attack which left seven dead and more than 48 injured.
