Weather: Temperatures set to rise next week in Wakefield

The warmer weather is finally coming! It's set to hit Wakefield next week as temperatures are set to soar to 19C.

We'll be able to enjoy the warm sunshine next week.

The temperature starts to rise tomorrow with highs of 11C predicted for the city, although it will remain slightly cloudy with a fresh breeze.

We are set to enjoy the hottest weekend of the year this upcoming Saturday and Sunday, with highs of 16C and 15C respectively.

Next week starts with a high of 15C on Monday before the warm weather cranks up another level on Tuesday.

18C is predicted so you might want to leave your coat at home.

Wednesday is predicted to be the warmest day of the week, and of the year so far, with highs expected to reach a 19C in the early afternoon, before dropping back down to 18C on Thursday.

17C is then forecast for next Friday and Saturday, before rain return to dampen spirits once again a week on Sunday.
